Supervisors approve land use revalidation program

SqRural1-BW At their meeting October 1, 2008, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved an ordinance to establish a revalidation requirement for property in the Use Value Tax Program.  The administrative details of the new revalidation form that must be completed for each qualifying property starting in 2009 will be ironed about by County staff by early next year.
